Accommodation

To help you organise your stay in Les Sables d’Olonne with complete peace of mind, the Local Organising Committee (LOC) has carefully selected the best hotels in the city. We offer a wide range of accommodation options to suit your desires and needs. You will find all the information you need in the PDF below.

For all booking requests, please contact your National Federation.

Number of rooms might be limited in some hotels, but the LOC will help you to find another opportunity for your participants. All rates include breakfast and city taxes (except where otherwise specified). After booking request, quote will be valid for 14 days. After quote validation, participant will have 30 days to send full payment in order to book rooms and services. One national federation is allowed to make several bookings if needed.

Cancellation policy
Before 16th March, 2026 → booking can be cancelled without cancellation fees
From 16th March to 30th April, 2026 → 50% cancellation fees will be charged on any cancellation + 25€ non refundable
After 30th April, 2026 → no reimbursement will be made

Local transportation information
Local transportation is included in the accreditation card for all participants from the start (around 7 AM) to the end (around 7.30 PM) of public service time schedule.
A special service to the official hotels will be offered by the LOC after the end of the public service, until around 11 PM to the participants who booked accommodation through LOC.
A special fare will be set for the use of this special service for the participants who are accommodated in the official hotels without LOC
