Gym sant\u00e9 : continuer de bouger pour bien vieillir <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

La Gym Sant\u00e9 est un axe fort du projet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise de Gymnastique. Elle met l'accent sur la sant\u00e9 comme enjeu majeur et transversal, pour tous les \u00e2ges et tous les publics.<\/strong>.

Au cours de ce forum, les intervenants partageront la vision de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise de Gymnastique autour de quatre principes cl\u00e9s : la pr\u00e9vention, les soins, le bien-\u00eatre tout au long de la vie, en particulier pour les seniors, et le plaisir de pratiquer. Forte d'une expertise reconnue dans le domaine du travail avec les seniors, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration a mis en place depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es des projets d\u00e9di\u00e9s, soutenus par des partenaires institutionnels. Encadr\u00e9es par des entra\u00eeneurs sp\u00e9cialement form\u00e9s, les activit\u00e9s de gymnastique propos\u00e9es permettent d'am\u00e9liorer l'\u00e9quilibre, la coordination, le renforcement musculaire, la souplesse et la motricit\u00e9, ce qui contribue \u00e0 l'autonomie et \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de vie des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Le forum se tiendra au Centre des congr\u00e8s des Atlantes, le mercredi en d\u00e9but d'apr\u00e8s-midi. Il sera ouvert \u00e0 tous les participants accr\u00e9dit\u00e9s (gymnastes, entra\u00eeneurs, chefs de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation, chefs de groupe). Aucune inscription n'est n\u00e9cessaire, mais l'acc\u00e8s sera soumis au nombre de places disponibles. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
